IT Procurement Manager

About the role

A procurement function in a growth mode is looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join its team in the financial services industry. The role supports procurement transformation, influences stakeholders and drives measurable performance improvements. It is full-time and permanent, with hybrid working (about three days a week in the office) and a salary of up to 55k per year.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead sourcing projects, primarily across the IT category
• Proactively seek new commercial opportunities
• Influence stakeholders
• Drive spend analytics and performance insights
• Influence supplier strategies

Required profile

• Procurement experience in any category, across IT or indirects
• Degree educated or CIPS qualification
• Applicants must be based in the UK to commit to the hybrid working requirement and hold a current, valid UK right to work

Required skills

• Negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of sourcing principles and supplier management
• Confident communicator with an engaging personality and inquisitive nature
