IT Project Manager – Hybrid (London Bridge)

About the role

This is a six‑month fixed‑term position with the possibility of extension, based at London Bridge and working in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote). You will lead two high‑impact technology programmes that are critical to the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a new enterprise CRM platform and a new access‑control system across multiple markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers and timelines.
• Coordinate internal technology teams, external vendors and implementation partners.
• Manage project governance, reporting and communication to senior leadership.
• Identify, track and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Support change management, user engagement and rollout activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Strong track record of CRM implementations, migrations or transformation programmes (highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work across international locations and manage third‑party suppliers.
