IT Project Manager – Multi‑site M&A (Hybrid, £550‑£600/day)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large‑scale, business‑critical programme involving mergers and acquisitions across more than 50 sites. The role is hybrid, based in London with regular on‑site visits and occasional travel to other UK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of M&A and divestment projects, including network, system and application integration.
• Coordinate roll‑outs, builds and integrations across multiple sites, ensuring timely provisioning.
• Maintain and update RAID logs, project tracking tools and status reports.
• Provide regular on‑site presence to oversee execution and resolve issues.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a hands‑on IT Project Manager in large, complex, multi‑site organisations (50+ sites).
• Demonstrated experience delivering M&A or divestment projects with associated integration challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to hybrid working and willingness to travel across the UK.
• Immediate availability.
