IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

Babel, a multinational technology consulting firm, is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its digital transformation projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to attract and hire specialized technology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Gather and clarify hiring requirements with internal and external clients.
• Source, attract, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely coverage of vacancies and meet response‑time targets.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Background in consulting, staffing, or technology companies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent‑sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, ownership, sense of urgency, and adaptability.
