IT Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing specialist recruitment business. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK while building long‑term relationships with technology clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts within the technology sector.
• Source, headhunt and assess high‑quality IT professionals across a range of technology markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from interview coordination to offer negotiation and placement closure.
• Provide a consultative, high‑service experience for both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant in IT or technology recruitment.
• Proven track record of billing and developing client relationships.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote working environment.
• Professional, consultative approach focused on quality over volume.
