IT Resourcer/Researcher Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an IT Resourcer/Researcher Consultant to join an independent recruitment consultancy based in Chelmsford. The role starts as a resourcer, providing you with comprehensive training to progress quickly into a full‑cycle (360) consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Source and research IT candidates across Europe.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various client accounts.
• Support senior consultants with market intelligence and candidate outreach.
• Transition to full‑cycle recruitment responsibilities as training is completed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in business sales or at least six months as a recruitment resourcer.
• Strong desire to develop a career in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Aim to become a 360 consultant within a short timeframe.
