IT Service Technician – User Support & Service Desk

About the role

Stannah is looking for an IT Service Technician to join its Andover office. You will be the first point of contact for users across multiple locations, handling incidents, service requests and routine IT tasks while ensuring SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for all IT support requests and queries.
• Log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests using the company ITSM tool.
• Provide first‑line investigation, diagnosis and escalation when required.
• Coordinate resolution activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Process Joiners/Movers/Leavers procedures and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Interest in developing an IT support career; prior IT experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow defined processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
