About the role
We are seeking a well‑organised and proactive 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling incidents and service requests while ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise IT support tickets using Jira.
- Respond to and resolve user incidents and service requests.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and systems.
- Escalate complex issues where required and maintain accurate ticket updates.
Required profile
- Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
