IT Support Analyst – 1st/2nd Line & Systems Administration

About the role

Our client, a multinational organisation based in west central London, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day oversight and administration of its physical and virtualised infrastructure. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line support to corporate and international users while contributing to project delivery and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, install and maintain computer hardware and software across the organisation.
• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to employees in the corporate office and overseas locations.
• Participate in user IT education and awareness initiatives.
• Assist IT management with the delivery of new systems, including international hotel projects.
• Take part in incident management, response and communications.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT technical support or a similar role, preferably within a mid‑size to enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Active Directory, Office 365).
• Knowledge of server and desktop hardware support, deployment and networking configuration.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualised infrastructure is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA) or a computing‑related degree are a plus.
