IT Support Analyst – Central London

About the role

The position is based in Central London and involves providing first‑line IT support to internal users and clients. You will work on‑site, with occasional travel to client sites across the city, reporting to the Head of IT.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for support requests via phone, email and in‑person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues on laptops, desktops and servers.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams when required.
• Maintain and update IT equipment, including laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Manage software applications and support Windows virtual and physical server environments.
• Assist with the administration of Office 365, Azure and Active Directory.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support in a Windows‑based environment.
• Familiarity with MSP environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to travel to client sites in Central London.
