IT Support Analyst (Hybrid) – Southampton

About the role

Join a dynamic IT team supporting nearly a thousand colleagues across multiple sites. In this hybrid role you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping users stay productive while gaining hands‑on experience with a range of enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Resolve incidents and service requests, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and associated hardware.
• Perform daily system health checks, monitor backups and support Active Directory administration.
• Document technical procedures and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
• Visit other company sites as required and participate in an on‑call rota.

Required profile

• Enjoys problem‑solving and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Remains calm under pressure and communicates clearly.
• Shows ownership of issues and a proactive attitude.
