IT Support Analyst

About the role

Level Ten is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its Service Desk team. The role is primarily remote but requires regular travel to client sites within reach of London. You will be the first point of contact for a diverse portfolio of brands, helping them keep their technology running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via phone, email and ticketing system, resolving issues ranging from login problems to multi‑device incidents.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers while maintaining ownership of tickets from start to finish.
• Deliver on‑site support, build client relationships, and represent Level Ten’s brand during visits.
• Participate in project work such as network installations, fibre deployments and AI‑related implementations.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with emerging SaaS, AI and cyber‑security trends.
