IT Support Analyst

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Debden (IG10) and requires the analyst to work Monday‑Friday at the company’s office. You will join a small IT team supporting a finance and credit business, handling both day‑to‑day user issues and out‑of‑hours incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑ to 3rd‑line support via the IT Service Desk, acting as a primary point of contact for users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot end‑user hardware and software, ensuring preventative maintenance.
• Manage and resolve tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support the out‑of‑hours rota, offering remote assistance to staff during weekends.
• Document progress notes and communicate status updates to users and team members.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, SharePoint and Purview.
• Background in technical support with a progression towards cloud administration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Debden and commute within 60 minutes.
