IT Support Analyst – London

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused IT Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery team in London. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, providing 1st and 2nd line support for desktop systems, Microsoft applications, infrastructure and workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across the organisation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams and third‑party suppliers where required.
• Support Microsoft desktop environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with network connectivity, Wi‑Fi and workplace technology issues.
• Support meeting‑room and audio‑visual equipment.
• Work to agreed service levels and contribute to continuous service improvement.
