IT Support Engineer – Audio & Visual Specialist

About the role

This contract position provides first‑ and second‑line desktop support for Windows and macOS environments while also delivering audio‑visual setup and maintenance across a corporate delivery centre in Hammersmith.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site 1st/2nd line support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
• Set up and maintain audio‑visual equipment such as screens, projectors, speakers and conference‑room systems (Jabra/Logitech).
• Manage software deployments, patches, updates and backup procedures.
• Support Apple and Samsung mobile devices, including MDM enrollment.
• Handle ticket queues efficiently and liaise with third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of desktop support experience in a corporate setting.
• Degree‑level education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on‑site five days a week.
• Located within a 45‑minute commute to Hammersmith.
