IT Support Engineer – Cloud & Microsoft 365 Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider in London. The role combines day‑to‑day support, cloud administration and client‑facing project work, giving you real influence over service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and security issues.
• Manage and maintain cloud‑based services and client systems.
• Act as a senior escalation point for technical incidents.
• Support firewall, connectivity and endpoint‑management activities.
• Assist with project delivery, upgrades and system improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in MSP, service‑desk or IT support environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Conditional Access and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Experience with MDM platforms, Power BI or automation tools is advantageous but not essential.
