IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our innovative team. You will help maintain our infrastructure, resolve technical issues and provide first‑line assistance to employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support for internal users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory accounts.
• Manage Starters/Movers/Leavers processes and backup testing.
• Log, resolve or escalate incidents in the help‑desk system.
• Document and update IT procedures.
• Assist with technology and software projects of all sizes.
• Conduct client meetings, system demonstrations and remote support.
• Install software, perform desktop imaging, maintain software inventory and monitoring.
• Configure and install physical and virtual servers.
• Administer Cisco networking devices (switches, firewalls).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of 2nd/3rd line IT support experience.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong time‑management and independent workload prioritisation.
