IT Support Technician – £30k-£35k with progression to IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician with MS365 experience to join a market‑leading manufacturer that supports stately homes, royal households and high‑end private properties across the UK. The role offers a clear progression path to IT Manager, a quarterly bonus and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware and assign new starters with Microsoft 365 credentials.
• Maintain internal networks, including server management software.
• Support IP and networking issues.
• Carry out basic hardware repairs such as battery swaps.
• Contribute to web design and development projects when required.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar IT support role using MS365.
• Familiarity with server management software and networking concepts.
• Desire for career growth and development.
• Comfortable with an office‑based, onsite role.
• Full‑stack/web development experience is a plus but not essential.
