IT Systems Administrator – UK

About the role

The IT Systems Administrator reports to the Head of IT Operations (UK) and is based in Southam. The role provides desktop and factory system support for UK users, maintaining hardware, software and infrastructure to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and incidents promptly, adhering to defined SLA targets.
• Maintain the IT asset register and ensure Active Directory hardware records are up‑to‑date.
• Create and manage user accounts, email archives and AD employee information.
• Administer hardware and software upgrades, including O365, Teams licences and backup/recovery solutions.
• Support and secure servers, desktops, laptops and network equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Experience delivering front‑line service‑desk support in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
