IT Systems Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Systems Trainer to join our IT team in Newbury. You will design and deliver engaging training that helps colleagues use our technology platforms more effectively, supporting both new hires and existing staff across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and digital training on Microsoft 365, case management and other business‑critical systems.
• Lead induction and onboarding sessions for new employees and partners.
• Create high‑quality learning resources such as user guides, videos, quick‑reference sheets and e‑learning modules.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching, workshops, floor‑walking support and virtual assistance.
• Collaborate with the IT team on software upgrades, new system roll‑outs and digital transformation projects.
• Identify training needs, evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve the training programme.
• Champion best practice and encourage confident adoption of new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Systems Trainer, IT Trainer or similar role.
• Passion for helping others learn and making technology accessible.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with case management systems, specifically Bundledocs.
• Knowledge of document management and workflow systems.
• Familiarity with telephony and collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools.
