IT Technician – Site based (West London)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide hands‑on hardware and desktop support for our head office and dealer network in West London. The role is site‑based, full‑time and involves maintaining PCs, laptops, peripherals and Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st/2nd line support for desktops, laptops (Lenovo/Dell/HP), printers, scanners and meeting‑room equipment.
• Diagnose, repair and replace hardware components and perform preventive maintenance.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows 7/10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including user account creation and licensing.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches and routers, and liaise with external vendors.
• Support the dealer network with retail systems, remote access and digital tools, and assist with system roll‑outs.
• Follow security guidelines, contribute to documentation and support audits to ensure GDPR and internal compliance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT or desktop support, preferably in an enterprise or multi‑site environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PC and laptop hardware maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic understanding of LAN/Wi‑Fi networking, switches and routers.
• Awareness of GDPR and information‑security policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.

What we offer

• Competitive annual salary of £35,000‑£39,000.
• Full‑time, onsite position in West London.
