IT Trainer – Software & Legal Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑quality software training across a growing legal services business. You will work closely with Change, Learning & Development and Project teams to support both day‑to‑day activities and major technology transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative IT training programmes across multiple formats (classroom, virtual, e‑learning).
• Create engaging training materials, user guides and learning resources.
• Provide onboarding, refresher and system‑specific training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support users during system roll‑outs and technology change initiatives.
• Maintain training records and monitor learning activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering IT or software training in a professional services environment.
• Experience within the legal sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good understanding of IT systems, software platforms and user‑adoption best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training needs.
