Italian Client Service Associate – Financial Services

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with top banks (custodians) to handle administrative and operational tasks.
• Support Investment Counsellors by managing client relationships and addressing operational inquiries.
• Produce analyses and portfolio recommendations based on prospective clients’ financial situations.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and other internal teams across Europe.
• Serve as a subject‑matter contact for clients, expanding expertise as responsibilities grow.
• Report to the Client Service Team Leader for on‑the‑job training and professional development.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience; finance, economics or business studies are a plus.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email client interactions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet quality standards within set timelines.
