Italian Speaking Customer Service & Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our fast‑growing team in Thornaby. You will be the primary point of contact for Italian‑language customers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to post‑sale support and identifying further sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Convert enquiries into sales and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Deliver online product demonstrations and support webinars.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT and the wider commercial team to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management or B2B sales.
• Confident communicator across phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Proactive, organised and customer‑focused.
