Jira Service Management & Integration Consultant (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Jira Service Management and Integration Specialist to join a well‑funded, mission‑driven organisation that is scaling its operational tech stack. You will lead the design of JSM architecture and integrations, connecting Jira Cloud with CRM and backend systems via APIs and webhooks, and create workflows that serve daily operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Jira Service Management architecture, including request types, permissions and automation.
• Integrate Jira Cloud with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and custom backend systems using APIs, webhooks, error handling and sync patterns.
• Support customer‑facing service teams through portal configuration, email ingestion and notification management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience configuring Jira Cloud/JSM (workflows, request types, permissions, automation).
• Proven track record integrating JSM with CRMs or custom back‑ends, handling retries and error handling.
• Experience supporting operational service teams and translating complex processes into clean platform designs.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
