Jira Service Management & Integration Specialist (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Jira Service Management and Integration Specialist to join a well‑funded, mission‑driven organisation that is scaling its operational tech stack. You will lead the design of JSM architecture and integrations, connecting Jira Cloud with CRM and backend systems via APIs and webhooks while creating effective workflows for daily operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own JSM architecture, integrating Jira Cloud with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and custom backend systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, request types, permissions and notifications for customer‑facing service teams.
• Translate complex, real‑world processes into clean, maintainable platform designs.

Required profile

• Deep experience configuring Jira Cloud/JSM (workflows, request types, permissions, automation).
• Proven track record integrating JSM with CRMs or custom back‑ends, including error handling and sync patterns.
• Experience supporting service portals, email ingestion and notification systems.
• Strong communication skills with both technical developers and non‑technical operational teams.
