Journey & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Journey & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer journey design and lifecycle marketing within the Marketing Operations function. The role will own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product and be responsible for designing, building and optimising automated journeys that nurture leads from MQL to revenue while supporting cross‑sell and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own design, orchestration, governance and optimisation for lifecycle marketing across email and SMS channels.
• Transform intelligence outputs from CRM, AI, ICP and behaviour into revenue‑generating journeys.
• Lead lead‑nurture, opportunity acceleration, cross‑sell, referral, buyer, customer, event and sales enablement journeys for 23 business units.
• Manage end‑to‑end Salesforce Marketing Cloud components (Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio) and personalisation frameworks.
• Develop lifecycle marketing roadmap and journey architecture from acquisition to advocacy.
• Design entry logic, decision trees, exit and suppression rules and channel orchestration in collaboration with AI Operations and Performance teams.
• Drive sales pipeline orchestration and improve opportunity‑to‑revenue conversion.

• Strategic mindset with ability to execute complex journey designs.
• Leadership experience in managing multi‑channel lifecycle programmes.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, RevOps and campaign teams.
• Data‑driven approach to optimise pipeline coverage and revenue.
• Experience overseeing governance and data integrity for large‑scale communications.
