Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a creative, product‑led gifting business in West Sussex. You will work closely with leading retail accounts, helping to launch product collections and drive growth across key relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of key retail accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product collections launch successfully and on time.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and act as a trusted partner to retailers.
• Become an expert in the product ranges and the wider gifting market.
• Share customer and market insights with the design team to shape future collections.
• Keep up to date with trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the gifting sector.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or a similar role within a creative wholesale or consumer‑products B2B business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Positive energy, team spirit and a great sense of humour.
