Junior Account Manager – Water Treatment

About the role

This Junior Account Manager position offers a unique blend of technical water‑treatment expertise and customer‑facing responsibilities. You will support an established client base, build strong relationships, and provide technical advice on a range of water‑treatment systems while working closely with the Area Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts across the region.
• Carry out site visits and operate water‑treatment test kits.
• Provide technical guidance on cooling towers, steam boilers and closed‑loop systems.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Experience within the water‑treatment or water‑hygiene industry.
• Hands‑on experience using site test kits and working with steam boilers and cooling towers.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and a proactive, team‑focused attitude.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
