Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations.
- Manage data entry, digital and physical filing, and document control.
- Coordinate employee training bookings and maintain personnel records.
- Assist with HR administration and employee onboarding documentation.
- Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Support basic financial administration, including expense processing.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the wider team.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- German language proficiency is a significant advantage due to our German operations.
