Junior AI & Automation Analyst

About the role

This entry‑level position supports innovation across Operations at Kobalt, giving you hands‑on experience with AI, automation and process improvement. Over a three‑month fixed‑term you will help bridge emerging AI technologies with day‑to‑day workflows, testing intelligent solutions and learning how they impact the music‑industry ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support research, testing and piloting of new AI tools, platforms and models.
• Assist in mapping and building automated workflows to reduce manual, data‑intensive tasks.
• Help use integration platforms and internal tools to connect systems and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist teams in leveraging AI‑assisted tools to create repeatable, business‑focused solutions.
• Document workflows and automations to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with various teams to learn how the music‑industry ecosystem operates and how innovation supports creators and rights holders.
• Participate in training and development to build knowledge of AI, automation and workflow optimisation.
