Junior Analyst

About the role

The Junior Analyst will support the Accounting & Finance department by delivering accurate data analysis and reporting. This position offers a solid foundation for a career in business services within a reputable London‑based firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Maintain and update financial data in internal systems for accuracy.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
• Identify trends and variances in performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting tools and processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
