Junior AV / UCC Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior AV / UCC Support professional to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration technologies in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The role is based onsite in London and focuses on ensuring smooth operation of video‑conferencing, digital signage, and room‑booking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine health checks and operational support for Video & Audio Conferencing (VAC) systems, meeting rooms, and auditoriums.
• Troubleshoot AV/UCC issues, escalating to vendors when required, and log incidents.
• Monitor and manage Cisco collaboration solutions, Condeco scheduling, and Cloudbooking platforms.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, including room panels and displays.
• Provide hands‑on support for VIP meetings, executive video conferences, and corporate events.
• Manage ScreenCloud digital signage displays and resolve failures.
• Support video walls, MultiTaction environments, and integration requirements across office locations.
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades for conferencing equipment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative onsite team.
