Junior Backend Engineer – CX Squad

About the role

HIVED is building a sustainable, 100% electric parcel delivery network and needs a Junior Backend Engineer to join its Customer Experience (CX) Squad. You will work on the core platform that powers real‑time tracking, delivery updates and integrations for senders of all sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features for recipient‑facing products such as the live tracking page and real‑time delivery updates.
• Develop integrations that allow small shops and large enterprises to connect with HIVED, ensuring high reliability.
• Take tasks from idea to production: write code, create tests and monitor released functionality.
• Participate in code reviews both as author and reviewer, proactively suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams, using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions, measure impact and share learnings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Early‑career professional eager to learn quickly and ship meaningful work.
• Strong interest in building scalable, customer‑centric platforms.
