Junior Billing Analyst

About the role

Our client, a rapidly growing tech business in Warrington, is seeking a motivated Junior Billing Analyst to join their finance team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment and a supportive hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day billing process, ensuring invoices are produced accurately and on time.
• Assist in resolving billing queries from internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to perform reconciliations and prepare finance reports.
• Provide general finance and office support as required, gaining exposure to core finance processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative, office‑based or finance role.
• Comfortable working with numbers and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised approach with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with standard office software systems.
