Junior BIM Manager (MEP) – Bristol (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior BIM Manager (MEP) to join a leading Building Services Consultancy working on high‑profile projects across the UK. The position is based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, offering a blend of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP models using Revit on projects spanning all RIBA stages.
• Support clash detection and coordination activities.
• Validate and manage COBie and IFC data for project deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling experience with Revit.
• Strong background in creating MEP models.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bonus: experience with Navisworks/ACC for clash detection.
• Bonus: familiarity with COBie and IFC data formats.
