Junior Building Surveyor – Exeter (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Building Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy in Exeter. The role offers hybrid working, full chartership support and exposure to a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with building surveying projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
• Support contract administration and project delivery.
• Prepare project estimates, feasibility studies and cost plans.
• Carry out site inspections across Devon and Somerset.
• Liaise with planning and building control authorities.

Required profile

• Some experience in building surveying or a related field.
• Proactive attitude with a clear ambition to achieve chartership.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
