Junior Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing organisation that needs a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to help expand its B2B client base. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending part of your week in the Bristol office and the rest remotely, supporting commercial growth through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new B2B prospects through outbound activity.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Create and qualify new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support overall business growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and spot commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Strong commercial awareness and a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

• Salary £35,000–£39,000 per year.
