Junior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Buyer to join our fast‑growing buying team in Surrey. You will work closely with our global supplier base, manage critical paths and ensure orders are placed and delivered on time, supporting a business with a worldwide customer and supplier network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers.
• Maintain and update departmental critical paths, communicating changes to relevant teams.
• Raise, manage and track purchase orders for multiple customers.
• Liaise with sales, design and NPD teams on retailer labelling and packaging requirements.
• Manage production samples and coordinate delivery from port to warehouse.
• Monitor shipping and production trackers, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Communicate any issues or delays, propose solutions and mitigate impacts.

Required profile

• Experience in buying, procurement, supply‑chain coordination or related field, preferably with consumer products.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.
