Junior Commercial Account Handler

About the role

We are supporting a well‑established insurance broker in the North West of England. As a Junior Commercial Account Handler you will join a small, dedicated team and work closely with the Director to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in servicing a varied book of commercial insurance business.
• Prepare and review commercial property insurance quotes and policies.
• Maintain client relationships and support day‑to‑day broker activities.
• Use Acturis to process submissions, endorsements, and renewals.
• Contribute to the growth of the portfolio by identifying client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in insurance broking.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial property insurance.
• Familiarity with Acturis software is preferred.
• Motivation to develop a career in commercial insurance broking.
