Junior Conditions Surveyor – Exeter (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Conditions Surveyor to join a well‑established multidisciplinary property consultancy in Exeter. The role offers hybrid working, structured APC and chartership support, and a clear pathway to Chartered Surveyor status.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out condition surveys across a varied property portfolio in Devon and Somerset.
• Prepare detailed reports, specifications and tender documentation.
• Support contract administration duties and assist with project delivery from inception to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Collaborate with senior surveyors on wider building surveying projects.

Required profile

• Some experience in Building Surveying or Condition Surveying.
• Strong technical knowledge of property inspection and reporting.
• Genuine desire to develop professionally and pursue APC/Chartership.
