Junior Creative Designer – Marketing Temp

About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to support a well‑known Institute’s marketing team. This fully remote, temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for an early‑career designer to develop skills across digital and print media while working within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, web pages and reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content colleagues to deliver high‑quality design assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• A degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design or a related field.
• Strong eye for detail, passion for creativity and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working entirely remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Figma (advantageous).
• Good understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.

What we offer

• Fully remote working – 35 hours per week, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hourly rate of £17.00.
• Initial 2‑month contract with strong possibility of extension.
