Junior Creative Event Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Event Producer to join our boutique experiential agency in London. You will work within the projects team, collaborating closely with in‑house creatives to deliver luxury brand events, pop‑ups and immersive installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budgets and supplier relationships for live and experiential events.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, handling stakeholder communication.
• Contribute creative ideas and research during event concept development.
• Support senior producers while taking ownership of individual project workstreams.
• Deliver a varied slate of high‑profile luxury brand events, pop‑ups and installations.

Required profile

• Experience in event production or live experiential event delivery.
• Strong creative problem‑solving applied to event design or on‑site challenges.
• Confident client management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects against tight deadlines.
• Collaborative nature and comfort working in a small, close‑knit team.
