Junior Creative Producer – Originals

About the role

LADstudios Originals is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to join its award‑winning entertainment team. You will support the creation of popular digital series such as Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box and Minutes With, working closely with producers, talent and social teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior Entertainment Producers with shoot preparation, research and logistics.
• Conduct in‑depth research on celebrity, creator and pop‑culture trends and compile research sheets.
• Support the Development team by contributing new segment or format ideas.
• Help with video edits, review final cuts and cover editing suites when needed.
• Attend shoots in a supportive role and gradually take ownership of your own sets.
• Work with the YouTube Channel Manager to optimise thumbnails and video packaging.
• Research talent, fact‑check content and identify viral angles for episodes and short‑form cut‑downs.
• Collaborate with social and PR teams to spot trends, identify rising stars and promote formats.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Junior Creative Producer in digital content.
• Strong passion for celebrity and creator culture and a keen eye for internet trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the UK for shoots.
