Junior Creator Agent – Talent & Influencer Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Creator Agent to join our boutique talent and influencer management agency in central London. Working closely with a senior creator agent, you will support day‑to‑day relationship management for a portfolio of creators and help grow our roster.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the senior creator agent with managing a portfolio of creators and influencers.
• Identify and source paid partnerships, brand deals and ambassadorial opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, wellness and luxury.
• Pitch talent to brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing to delivery, liaising between brands, talent and production partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and campaign documentation; support contract, invoicing and usage tracking.
• Monitor market trends and creator/brand activity to flag new opportunities.
• Support the recruitment of new creators and handle ad‑hoc tasks for the wider team.

• Strong communication and relationship‑building instincts.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in the creator economy and social‑media landscape.

Required skills

• Salary £30,000‑£32,000 per year (flexible based on experience).
• Hybrid working model – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
