Junior Data Analyst – CRM & Business Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join Lorien’s Global Customer team in London. The role focuses on CRM data, turning large datasets into actionable insights that support customer engagement and the brand’s luxury‑fashion objectives. You will collaborate with CRM, Data Science and Digital teams, using modern analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data visualisation and reporting solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Support data cleansing and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build, enhance and monitor business reports and interactive dashboards.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data and reporting requests from various departments.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data from enterprise platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in the luxury and fashion retail sector.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern data warehouse technologies, preferably Databricks or Snowflake.
• Proficient data querying and coding capabilities (SQL).
• Familiarity with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker and Tableau.
