Junior Dealer – Trading Desk (Crypto Focus)

About the role

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Junior Dealer to join a 12‑person, 24‑hour trading team. The role provides hands‑on exposure to a broad range of asset classes, with a particular emphasis on cryptocurrencies, while supporting portfolio management, client interaction, and desk analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing trading portfolios across multiple asset classes.
• Support client dealing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide analytical input to help maximise P&L for the desk.
• Learn trading conditions, rules, and pricing structures.
• Prepare for and pass internal dealing tests and required FCA‑related examinations.

• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.
• Commitment to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to learn quickly and pass competency exams.
