Junior Designer (6-Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Junior Designer to join our team in London on a 6‑month contract. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on a variety of broadcast, digital, social, and marketing projects, supporting the creative team in delivering high‑quality visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design Manager, senior designers, producers and other stakeholders to produce polished design assets.
• Create graphic assets for broadcast, digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Develop and adapt key visuals, channel graphics and marketing materials across multiple formats.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms and help shape visual solutions.
• Take feedback, make accurate revisions and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within media or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with motion or presentation tools such as After Effects, PowerPoint or InDesign (desirable).
• Fluent English communication skills.
