Junior Designer - Bags

About the role

AllSaints is looking for a Junior Designer to join the bag design team at its East London Studios. You will support the creation of men’s and women’s bags, from research and concept development through to specification and production. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior designers and the Head of Design in a fast‑moving, fashion‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop design concepts for new bag collections.
• Collaborate with product development to approve fabrics, hardware and production samples.
• Create detailed specifications, tech packs and 3D mock‑ups for factories.
• Support fit sampling and provide clear feedback to vendors.
• Mentor and manage junior assistants as needed.
• Meet critical path deadlines to ensure timely delivery of styles.

Required profile

• Passion for leather goods and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of commercial and aesthetic requirements of a global fashion brand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Pattern‑cutting ability and experience creating 3D mock‑ups.
• Experience specifying bags, hardware and preparing technical packs.
