Junior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join the Creative team at Charles Tyrwhitt. Working closely with the Senior Designer, you will help produce visual solutions for both digital and print channels, ensuring a strong commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with video editing and versioning for YouTube, Meta, TikTok and VoD platforms.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for digital marketing assets.
• Create and prepare print‑ready artwork for POS, postcards, press ads and other marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables as a brand guardian.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve creative quality.

Required profile

• Experience in video editing and using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of corporate branding, colour theory and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and open to continuous improvement.
